LIGHTING PLAN REVIEW & SPECIFICATION

OVERVIEW

Ensure that the lighting plan is optimized for your home based on its architectural features, the function of each space, and your specific lighting preferences with our lighting plan review & specification service.

We will review your lighting plan in detail, annotating any recommendations, comments, or questions for review and assemble preliminary fixture specifications. We will then meet with you to review the lighting plan together so that you can make any necessary changes.

Lighting plans are often overlooked and costly to change after construction is complete so we want to make sure you get it right the first time!

We offer a fixed fee based on the project scope and number of fixture specifications.

OUR PROCESS

01. ENGAGEMENT

We begin by reviewing your architectural drawings to understand the project scope. We’ll then send you a proposal outlining our scope of work, along with a secure payment link.

Once payment is received, we’ll schedule an initial meeting via Zoom to review the design intent for each space, ensuring we fully understand your goals prior to completing our lighting plan review and specification.

02. LIGHTING PLAN REVIEW &
FIXTURE SPECIFICATION

We will review your lighting plan in detail, annotating any recommendations, comments, or questions for review and assemble preliminary fixture specifications within 2 weeks of receipt.

03. REVIEW MEETING

We will meet with you via Zoom to review our lighting plan annotations and fixture specification recommendations.

After the meeting, we will send you our lighting plan annotations and the marked up fixture specification sheets for you to incorporate into your lighting plan drawing and fixture schedule.

04. 2ND LIGHTING PLAN REVIEW

We will review your revised lighting plan and fixture schedule for accuracy and return any final annotations to you within 1 week of receipt.
