We are thrilled to share one of our new construction projects was featured on the cover of Veranda magazine's January/February 2025 issue!
We designed a bespoke lighting plan for the home, working closely with Heidi Lightner Architects, Summer Thornton Design, Barrett's Technology Solutions, and Power Construction.
In addition to the round flangeless recessed lights that blend into the plaster and wood ceilings throughout, we also designed a specialized linear lighting solution above the Tiffany glass laylight in the two-story library which, in combination with a motorized shade, provides even illumination in the skylight at night. Other lighting-related highlights include the integrated linear lighting in the shelves of the Great Hall of China to illuminate the owner's extensive china collection, the integrated linear lighting in the custom sauna to enhance the serene environment, the particular fixture locations to illuminate the art, and the Forbes & Lomax push buttons to control the lighting scenes on the lighting control system.
